One day ... you will be so tall that ... I will have to look up to see your eyes.
One day ... you will be so busy that ... you will have to make time to come and sit next to me.
One day ... you will be everything I imagined and ... so much more.
One day ...
I will remind you ...
How small you once were.

I'm not looking forward to the time when my son even goes to school let alone gets taller than me.
Beautiful photo!!
Oh, oh, oh...
My little guy just learned how to pull himself to standing. He's growing up too fast!
Lovely picture...and you tugged at my heartstrings...
Awhhh makes me sad but so happy!
Sniff, Sniff. How sweet.
I love that you have taken time from your busy life to think these things. And then share with us. Kids grow up too fast and the smart mom cherishes small moments.
How sweet. I love the picture.
That is so sweet. I've just removed all the batteries from my clocks. Time has officially stopped!
That is a beautiful photo!! I too dread the day when they grow up.
Ok, so are you trying to make me cry, or what??
I love this photo, and the words to go with it. Simple pleasures are the best.
What a great Photo-
Beautifully written and the photo goes very well with it.
Great post and picture Kellan. It brought tears to my eyes!
Kimmy
How sweet, what an amazing picture.
BTW...your blog is hilarious!
How do you do it? Make me cry with so few words? Reading your blog...such a nice way to start my day.
Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I took one look at those fabulous photos and put you on my Google Reader. I'll be back.
Great photo and I love the words you express in such simple ways.
Such beautiful thoughts. And I love the picture. Bubbles are fun. :)
Great Photo!!
Sweet words!!
Beautiful!
Oh why do they have to grow up?
I think those thoughts all the time with Madison. Since she's my only one and it took us ten years before we finally had her.... I try to treasure the moments, the "good" and the "bad". I love those big giant bubbles! Love them Kellan!
You have such a beautiful way with words. You are one talented mama!
my goodness... how great is that! your words are like "butter"! :)
oh that looks really relaxing
you brought tears to my eyes. Thanks for being so real.
How sweet. :)

My kids would die for bubbles that big! :)
STOP MAKING ME CRY!!!!
Can't you see that I'm already struggling with my "baby" being 6 in less than a month and my BABY being two in June (along with my middle child, who will be four???)
make them stop...
They do grow so fast. I already have to look up to Boo and Kyler. D~man will be there before I know it.
Hope you are having a great day.
Tami
oh, sniff, sniff....why do they grow so fast?
What a beautiful picture and a couple of great looking kids you've got. :)
Happy Humpday
You have such a way of capturing a moment. Sigh
Two lovely children
Yeah. That's for sure. Five of my six children are taller than I am (which is not saying much, but still..) It happened overnight. And number six will probably pass me within a year. I tell her,"But you will always be my baby." and she says, "I know."
AMAZING - WONDERFUL!
I am crying here...all chocked up!
Where is the Rewind button??
It goes way too fast. Glad to see you are back Kellan and feeling better. You had me scared for a bit there. I was stealing someone's wireless internet in Florida so I could sneak on and see how you were doing.
Love the picture and the sentiments. While we want our children to grow up to be strong adults that will do well on their own...sometime we moms never want these days to end. This picture would be one of those moments.
**sigh** I say this to myself every day as I sit and play with my two young little girls.
Great pictures and such true words. I can't believe how much of my childrens lives I have already forgotten...
I love the photo Kellan and I love the words. They are so true.
oh kellan - you have such a way with your words and your camera!!
thanks for the reminder :)
You just made me all misty...
